Instructions for using Unitel on-line shop:

  1. In order to find the desired product you can use the search engine found on the website. You can search using the product name (E.g. SP-200) or by using the drop down menus you can enter specific product parameters (E.g. Power, Output voltage etc) in order to find a product which matches your criteria.
  2. After you have successfully found a product of your liking, select this product in order to open the buyout page. On this page you might have to enter certain criteria after which click “add to cart”.
  3. You will be automatically redirected to you shopping cart where you will have 2 options. You can either select “continue shopping” in order to go back to the on-line shop or you can select “proceed to checkout”.
  4. In case you have selected “proceed to checkout”, you will be automatically redirected to the checkout page where you must enter your name, address, and preferred payment method – direct bank transfer or through ePay.bg. You can also select the option to pick up you package from our store for no charge. If you decide to choose ePay.bg you can also choose to pay using a one of the following debit/credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, or Maestro. If you want the system to remember you for your next visit you can select the “create account” button and then you will have to enter a password of your own choosing. If you need an invoice for tax return purposes you must enter this information and your VAT registration number in the “order notes” field.
  5. Once you have entered all of your personal details click “place order” and this will finalise your order and in a matter of minutes you will receive a conformation detail that your order has been received.
  6. After we have processed your order and we have received confirmation that the payment has been received, we will send you an e-mail that your order has been dispatched and when to expect it.
  7. In case you do not receive an answer from us in 3 to 5 days you must contact us using the reference number of your order.
