Language

Prices:

All prices shown on the website are including VAT and the cost of the delivery is calculated and added when the sale has been finalized. All orders received before 4:00pm are processed and dispatched on the very same day. In case there is a problem with the availability of a certain product we will contact you using the phone number or e-mail address that you have provided. For company customers that have a registered VAT number, invoices can be generated after providing us with the necessary information and for individual clients we can only produce a customary receipt. For clients outside of Bulgaria, but from the EU it is vital to provide us with a VAT registration in order to exclude VAT from the final price. For large quantity orders contact our sales and marketing team.

Delivery

Courier delivery:

For courier deliveries our firm is using Rapido Express. The price of delivery is calculated according to the weight of the purchased items, the time of delivery and destination. For more information please refer to the following tables:

The delivery price is not included in any of the product prices and it is added when the order has been finalized. All of delivery prices shown above are excluding VAT and 5% fuel tax. On this web address you can find a complete table explaining how the fuel tax is determined.

In store pickup:

Instead of using the courier service you can choose to come and pick up your order directly from our store in Sofia. If you choose this option you will not be charged for delivery and you will only need a copy of the receipt containing the reference number of your order. We are responsible only for handing out the purchase to those that provide us with the necessary documentation and we do not bear responsibility of your order has been picked by unauthorized or ill-intentioned people.

Payment methods

Epay.bg

Similar to PayPal, ePay.bg is an easy to use online payment system. It also accepts payments using BORICA or any other popular debit/credit cards issued by Bulgarian and international banks. All payment taxes are ON THE ACCOUNT of the merchant (SD Unitel).

Bank transfer

You may choose to pay for you purchase using direct bank transfer to a bank account provided by us. For customer from Bulgaria you will be provided with an account in leva and for customers from the rest of the EU you will be given an account in euros.

Cash on delivery

All items purchased are paid to the courier when delivered to the address that has been provided. The fee for this service is 1% of the paid price and it is offered only for deliveries costing up to 10 000 lv.

Returns, replacements and warranty policy

Every customer that has purchased and received merchandise through Unitel online shop has the right to refuse to accept it in one of the following cases:

  • The items that have been purchased have been damaged or their packaging has been compromised
  • The items have not been delivered in the arranged time period
  • The items delivered do not match the customer’s order
  • The price does not match the price at the time the purchase was made

According to Article 69, paragraph 3 from the Bulgarian Law on Customer Protection returns due to any of aforementioned faults can be made ONLY at the time of the delivery

If at the time of the delivery the seal of the package has been compromised a return or replacement of the merchandise will be accepted only in the presence of the courier at this very moment. In such circumstances a protocol (in 2 identical copies) describing the problem with the package and its contents should be composed. In case the customer receives a package that has been compromise and accepts it in front of the courier we will not accept any subsequent return requests. After having paid and received damaged merchandise, the customer may ask for a replacement or return of money only under the following conditions:

During use defects that occur are covered by the warranty appear.

In cases covered by Article 69, paragraph 3 from the Bulgarian Law on Customer Protection, return requests can be accepted in the time period set by the warranty accompanying the merchandise or in a 7-days period after the delivery and the item is accompanied by a written explanation which thoroughly describes the reasons for the return and the product is the condition it was bought without being used and it is in its original packaging.

All transport expenses when returning an item are covered by the customer.

Electronic elements or spare parts are not subject of our returns policy. They can be a subject of a warranty only if they are part of equipment that has been repaired by certified repair center. When the purchased products have a warranty offered by the manufacturer or distributor and in the warranty card are mentioned certified repair centers, the customer is advised to forward all queries to these centers. All transport expenses are covered by the customer.
